Your bookings

Now for the exciting part – we know you’ll be keen to see who is interested in your event.

Keep an eye on registrations

If your event is free to attend, the registrations will be handled through the London Tech Week website, and you will be able to see the list in your dashboard. You will not receive a notification when an attendee registers, so please remember to check your dashboard regularly to keep an eye on how many people are registering.

If your event is paid-for, you can link to the external registration site you have set up, and all registrations will be directed through there.

Communicate with your attendees

Be sure to keep your attendees engaged, send them updates about what to expect, how to get there and any other helpful information.

If you can, personalise your communications and test and track your efforts! Including content and information that is useful to your audience, such as news, analysis, interviews or whitepapers, can help boost engagement and increase email open rates.
